My sincerest condolences to the entire family. Although I did not know him well, he was one of my mother's favorite relatives. My mother, Virginia Keigwin Withers, was not a sentimental person, but always had a soft spot for Charles. He and Mabel kindly attended both my parents' funerals, which I greatly appreciated.
